BOOKING A VISIT

Traditional Field Trips vs. Hosting Guest Speakers

Anyone who has ever planned a school field trip or group outing knows that more than half of the effort, funds, and energy invested goes directly to transportation. Hosting a visit from Traveling Naturalist eliminates those costs and logistical challenges and gives students a rare opportunity to learn in a new way. And in contrast to a traditional assembly or guest speaker, Traveling Naturalist programs are interactive, hands-on, fun explorations in science and history.

Making Arrangements:

Each individual class has its own requirements, but in general, we offer one, to two (45 min) sessions for groups of up to a max of 30 students per each session for: $400 flat fee

One bonus session can be added for an additional: $150

Private Lessons:

We also offer classes just for adults too! Private lessons for small groups are customized. Each private lesson is priced individually based on group size, age, needs, and time allotments. Just call or email with questions and we will be happy to create something wonderful for your small group.

Please try to schedule as early in advance as possible.
